Bus Driver Problem and How you can complain


If you are a frequent user of Malaysia public transport, you will notice that some of the bus driver did not issue a ticket after you pay and put the money into their own pocket. This frauds are killing Malaysia public transport system slowly. Imagine your money is inside the pocket of one person and did not goes to the bus company. Recently, one case occur at Rapid Penang where a passenger caught the driver of doing something that is illegal. Instead of keep quite, he decide to take down the information of the driver display on the bus. However, something shameful has occur. The driver threaten to hurt the passenger and remove his own information. He must be an idiot as he should know most of the hand phone nowadays can take photo without any problem.So, this is what happen.You can find this at Rapid Penang Facebook.

Saya penduduk Teluk Bahang ingin membuat satu aduan tentang driver Rapid Penang yang memasukkan wang penumpang ke dalam poketnya atau ini dikatakan RASUAH?? berikut adalah kejadiannya.
Tarikh : 18/9/2011 (Ahad)
Masa : 11:15a.m.
Tempat : Teluk Bahang
Destinasi: Jetty
RP no. : RP 1339 (Mohd Izmar b Idris)
Kejadian: Pada mula-mulanya saya tidak ingin membuat laporan yang begitu teliti tetapi perbuatan driver tersebut sangat mengecewakan.Semasa saya duduk di tempat yang pertama iaitu di tepi pintu hadapan, saya nampak driver tersebut tidak membuka lubang tambang itu tetapi hanya meletakkan semua syling diatas lubang itu dan wang kertas didalam tanganya.Dan dia telah memasukkan wang lebih daripada sepuluh ringgit ke dalam poketnya iaitu tambang penumpang. Selepas itu saya pun ingin menyalin nombor rapid dan berdiri di notis driver yang berada di belakang driver. Tiada apa-apa yang berlaku semasa mulanya perjalanan.Driver nampak saya menyalin nombor dan dia berhenti di tepi jalan dan jalan ke arah saya. Dia tanya saya :" sedang buat apa?" saya kata message bagi kawan (tipu dia). Dia kata: " bagi saya tengok you message bagi siapa?" saya pun delete semua tak mahu bagi dia tengok! Selepas itu dia pun panggil saya duduk balik tempat hadapan dan dia menyimpan maklumatnya iaitu kepingan gambar itu. Dia tanya saya ingin pergi ke mana? saya kata komtar lepas itu dia cakap:" JANGAN PERGI BUAT ADUAN!" saya tak kata apa-apa.#
1) Adakah driver tersebut boleh meminta penumpangnya menunjukkan handphone kepada driver tersebut dan ingin tahu apa yang saya buat?
2) Adakah aduan ini tidak boleh dibuat sekiranya ini untuk meningkatkan prestasi RAPID PENANG? driver itu kata JANGAN PI KOMTAR BUAT ADUAN.

It is glad to see that Rapid Penang had responded quickly to the issue and now it is under investigation. So what can you do when you face such situation? It often happen especially to RapidKL.
1.   Even the information is display, you should not be so obvious in taking the driver information as he may hurt you if you continue to do so.
2.   Do not pass anything or show any of your asset to the driver. He has no right to do so.
3.   Report immediately using the suitable channel. Even when you do not have the name of the driver, you should at least provide information of when it occurs, which routes and bus plate number. This information can help the bus company to investigate on the issue and solve it. They are also victim of what the driver did.
4.   If the bus driver threaten you in many way, you can just lodge police report to protect yourself.
5.   Not to blame the bus company of having such driver , sometimes the society have the responsible to report and if everybody is doing so, the quality of the driver can be improved.

This happened on 4 Jan 2012,i was sent my friend to Medan Gopeng at 4.30pm. Unfortunately there was no parking area outside so i decided to drive inside the bus's area. When i stopped my car, there was one malay fella drive beside me. A proton satria(orange color) with car number A something 5354.Once i get out from the car, he reacted angry and scold me, you bodoh, tak ada otak ke ini tempat saya, kamu tak boleh parking ini. I realised that i was fault but he keep saying kamu masuk ini tak tanya guard. I replied, jangan marah, ini hal kecil, bila saya masuk ini guard pun tak cakap apa, mana saya tau.But he keep scolding me like a mad cow, i wonder how this guy doing business, without showing respect and proper manner even though i parked into wrong place. But this was a small matter, don't you agreed? I wonder this fella is working here or not he even don not wear a proper uniform.i felt like talking with samseng or gangster even though police also won't like this.When i drove away(because there is not point arguing with this orang hutan) and i raised my hand toward him with full five finger,i guess he misunderstood, maybe he thought i showed him a middle finger, he came forward and kicking my front car's bumper.Luckily there was no damages. I believed that there were many people saw this, even when i drove away and passed the guard house the guard also shaking their head(meaning this mad fella react aggressively). I fed up with this issue,so i decided to bring my friend to the new bus station in Meru. There wasn't the end,when i drove away i said i will complained him then he drove his car and followed me from Medan Gopeng until the road going to Jusco.I do not know what happen to his malay fella, perhap the took drug or too much pressure. But can't you talking people like that, act totally a gangster. I hope the management will do something. This is very serious and unacceptable.I feel total shame of Medan Gopeng..

rapit paling tak guna patut di bubar kan saja. saya tunggu bas dari teluk bahang ke balik pulau selama 2jam 40minit saya tunggu di taman negara pada jam 11:50 hingga 2:30.saya amat kesal dengan rapit....

Rapid Penang route 501 is schedule to comes every 3 hours so we think it is not really a problem because there is not much commuters from Balik Pulau -- Teluk Bahang. If you want to save time, you can just use 101 to Komtar (about 45min), then use 401,401E or 502 to Balik Pulau, about 45 min too. Total journey and wait time should be in 90 minutes.

Saya mengambil bus Pacific Express plat no.KDH 5111 utk pulang ke Ipoh pada 1/5/2014.Terdapat banyak konduktor menjual tiket di tepi jln utk menjual tiket kepada saya. Mendapat pengalaman yang lepas, tiket ke Sungai Siput telah berhenti di Ipoh, saya bersumpah tidak akan membeli tiket di tepi jln lagi. Tetapi saya mengalami pengalaman yang lebih teruk kali ini. Tiket pulang ke Ipoh, dihalau turun di Taiping pada tengah -tengah malam lebih kurang pukul 4am lebih. Pemeriksaan tiket kenapa tidak beritahu sebelum bus tu jalan?? Selepas Tol Ipoh baru saya tahu supaya bus tu bus yang pergi Butterworth. Sarat mengambil penumpang, kerusi rotan tepi pemandu juga dijual kepada penumpang, nampaknya semua ni utk keuntungan sendiri. Marah sangat dengan pengalaman yang teruk ini dan putus asa dengan pemandu dan syarikat yang tidak bertanggungjawab seperti ini. Harap semua penumpang yang mengambil bus di Johor berhati -hati utk mencari syarikat yang baik dan bertanggungjawab ,janganlah menjadi mangsa seterusnya .

I took the Penang Rapid Bus 304 at the Gold coast resort roundabout heading for Jalan Masjid Negri (Gembira Parade,Greenlane) on Monday, 26th May 2014 at 6:10pm. This usually costs me Rm2. Unfortunately, this time the driver asked for the Rm2 but gave me a Rm1.40 instead of the usual Rm2 ticket. He refused to give me the correct ticket and when I rang the bell for the bus to stop, he purposely overshoot my busstop even though the busstopping sign was on causing me to ring the bell again. I'm a 63 year old Penangnite who's been away in Europe for the last 35 years and am looking for a place to retire. These sort of incidences do not put Penang in the best of lights.

PLV 4573 bas rapid penang yang memandu secara merbahayakan pengguna bas tersebut telah menghimpit kenderaan saya dan tidak menghormati pengguna yang lain harap pihak yang wajib mengambil tindakan ke atas pemandu bas tersebut..

Cepat express klang is the most worst bad service among the others public transportation service..i've no idea why they can serve their customers with no manners at all..they shoud speak well as the customers is always right.kita satu malaysia..xkesah la cina k mlayu k india as long u duduk sini kita ni sama shja..x perlu nk resist sgt..i really hope that the indian girls should act well proper after this..and for the cepat express especially in klang central, you should take a corrective action...

Saya ingin membuat aduan kerana pemandu bas rapid tersebut memandu secara merbahaya dan melulu yang boleh menyebabkan kemalangan..dari pekan bukit mertajam saya sudah memerhatikan bas ini berada dilorong yg bukan hendak dituju memandangkan kod laluannya melalui jalan kebun sireh..tiba2 pemandu menukar lorong dan menghimpit saya dlm keadaan melulu dan dengan jarak yg dekat..saya yg berada disebelah kiri bas dihimpit hampir melanggar warga tua berbangsa cina yg berada di hadapan saya yg sedang menuntun basikalnya.. saya berasa amatlah kesal dengan sikap pemandu tersebut yg hanya mementingkan diri dan tidak menghiraukan pengguna jalanraya yg lain..saya berharap pihak yg bertanggungjawab memantau dan boleh menangani masalah ini secepat mungkin supaya tidak berlaku kepada org lain..sekian.

Selamat pagi saya ingin membuat aduan bas rapid penang tidak berdisplin berkeja pada waktu yang telah ditetapkan. Masa tidak yang tidak ditepati seprti jadual yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak bas rapid mengikut waktu waktu untuk bergerak mengambil penumpang kerana mereka didapati waktu berkerja berada di gerai gerai makanan sedang melepak bersembang minun pada waktu berkeja. Dan pada waktu berkeja pulak ada yang berkeliaran di tempat2 yang lain. Pada waktu berkerja pukul 8.am-8pm tp setelah saya pergi sana saya dapati tidak ada staff yg berjaga di situ . Esok hari ya lagi sya pergi lagi, keadaan yg sama jugak berlaku. Sya harap pihak atasan buat pantuan terhadap mereka semua di jeti penang

Memang seronok rasanya bila dh tahan bas tapi driver just tngok dan bla mcmtu je, area Lembah Jaya Selatan. Bas no.303, memang xde adab rasanya driver2 ni. I'm so upset about their attitude.

Today 12/10/16 10.15pm(wednesday)Kl rapid 403 ..omg... Damn late..im waiting at TBS past one hour but there is no bus for alam jaya 403.there is two 581 bus reached bandar tasik selatan in hour hour! How about 403?? I really dont want to complain.but situation now!! Its night and im student.please make sure the bus be punctual.this is not first time this 403 comes late.they keep on delaying.hope sir /madam consider about this 403 bus at BTS.thank you

Gud morning readers..here me wan complaint on Perak transit bus driver..not all driver..few idiots..wat the hell goin on..its bus or wat???dont noe how to handle the passengers..stupids..bfr we tke seat they juz move..if fall down and injured means wil they tke responsibility.. X ryte..sure wil blame on us..plz lar..change behavior.. Cannot means juz resign the job..okay..here me state one bus number..so if next time any of you take this bus means can easly recognized driver.. AJU 5132..MALAY GUY...BANDAR BARU PUTRA-IPOH BUS STATION..

S&Sinternational have a bad service too especially their bus driver.the bus driver has no manner and racist.just because they can drive bus,they are arrogant.i will never ride s&s international anymore
